Dog Jackets
All Weather Jackets
The following three jackets are all styled like the one Oscar is modeling; they
are made from three different fabrics to suit various climates or weather
conditions. The jackets were designed specifically for greyhounds; all weigh
less than a pound and are cut generously to allow the dog to move freely. The
jackets slip over the head and attach with one loose-fitting Velcro strap under
the belly, to add stability without being restrictive to the dog.
POLAR FLEECE JACKET
Lightweight and warm, this jacket is sufficient for a dog from fall to spring
for the quick trips outside. It retains your dog's natural body heat and is
water repellant. Some dogs like them as pajamas when the house is cool at night!
COLORS: Black, royal blue, red, medium grey, dark teal green, dark plum, and
forest green, all bound in black.

RAINCOAT/WINDBREAKER
This jacket is made from Ultrex, which is Supplex with a microporous coating
that is windproof, durable, and absolutely waterproof. We selected it for
greyhounds because it's also breathable; dogs won't sweat in it on rainy days,
yet they'll still stay dry. It's also the perfect jacket for spring and fall to
protect them from biting wind and rain. Mesh lining allows air to circulate
while keeping the wind out.
COLORS: Red, Blueberry, yellow, teal green, burgundy, violet, black, and forest
green, all bound in black.

POLAR FLEECE/ULTREX JACKET
This is the ultimate jacket, no matter how cold the weather! This jacket
combines the warmth of Polar Fleece with the waterproof and windproof Ultrex.
This jacket is cozy, yet still lightweight. All Polar/Ultrex jackets are lined
in black Polar Fleece and bound in black.
OUTER COLORS: Red, blueberry, yellow, teal green, burgundy, black, and forest
green, all bound in black.

SIZING INFORMATION FOR GREYHOUNDS
Measure your hound from the base of the neck (just below the collar), along the
spine, to the base of the tail, in inches. The jackets come in four sizes:
Small - 24" (45 lbs - 50 lbs females)
Medium - 27" (50 lbs - 60 lbs females and small males)
Large - 30" (65 lbs - 80 lbs)
Extra Large - 33" (for the biggest of all males)
If your dog falls between two sizes, order the next size up.
Custom jackets will be specially made for smaller than Small and larger than
Extra Large.

Whippet jackets only require measurements from the base of the neck to the base
of the tail.
